Remove the pieces, sand em, prime em, paint em, clear em, install em!
You mean how do you mount them in the bezel like that? I don't know but I saw something similar to that on ebay.

umm... why not just email the person that made the thread and ask him?
its really easy to make those. someone just posted pics of one they made in photos and media. they also had a little how-to with it. if you don't want to do it yourself, you can always try ebay
