The upper front 2 seatbelt holder things that stop the B pillar from coming out?

The plastic cover pops off, then there are some large Torx screw heads underneath.

I think they are T45 but I'm not positive

ok so i got the peice off. but on 03+ its a regular bolt, not torx. on my friends 99 it was the torx. so GM got a lil more sensible.
