what color was the carpet to begin with??
it was hella cheap i just found a good peice of carpet it was dirty as f*** but i shampooed it and everything as deep as i could dirt stains were still there
i used the same dye that everybody has been useing for the headliner, you know the spray stuff and i used 2 cans
the carpet was graphite and it looked like the one i pulled out of my car which is on one of those pics i beleive
yeah really dirty
in all it cost about 70 bux to do this so yeah

Mine looked that good too for a little while. But after a couple of months driving, it starts to where off.
I will be buying ACC carpets shortly.
WHAA HAAPEN?!
it looks like it is going to start to wear in the front right behind the foot pad thing but i only put one coat on it so we'll see
ill post pics lata
yeah the driver side is kinda worn
but its my daily driver and only one coat was applied so yeah ill just keep staining it black and see what happens
but nowhere else has faded yet im planning on putting diamond plate floormats in so ill be all good after that.
I dyed the carpet in my van and it looked amazing for about 3 months with about the 4 coats i'd put on but now its almost completly faded and looks terrible i'll never use spray dye again.
i tried the stuff with visors...hated it imo
I also tried the visors too with the stuff, and it went all hard and chunky

Yea, from what I've heard about fading and for the cost, seems like a replacement carpet is the way to go. I think I will be going this route. Good luck tho.
Wide Body Progress
yeah about the hard and chunky thing
you have to brush the carpet
and then dye where it wears off then brush some more and continue to do this till none of it wears
