MOMO hub adapter

I did a search and a lot of people said they have MOMO hub adapters. I was planning on buying one but not sure which part # it was.

I researched on the web and concluded the part # was 2401.

i came across this site http://www.ltbmotorsports.com/hubkit.html and it said "95 and later uses smaller upper shaft. MOMO hub too large."

Can somebody tell me what part # they bought?
