I have a 99 z24, with no power locks and I have a aftermarket alarm in it. I baught a door popper kit that needs me to have power locks in the car. What do I need? I'm going to the auto recylers to get everything I need. Can some one give me a list of parts to get. I've searched and can find a list of parts, Thank you.

As far as I know you can just use actuators. I work at automotive innovations, and I know that when we put a start/security system on a vehicle that has no power locks, we use actuators so that you can use keyless entry, but this doesn't give you a power lock button inside of the vehicle. So I don't know if that will work for you or not. But its worth a try
I'm not sure. Let just say I don't have power locks, but I would like to put them in.. I think that would work, so all I would need would be the actuators then..right. The shaved door kit come with a 8 channel remote, could I just wire that up so it was like keyless and it would also pop the doors to?.. I'm not sure........

hrmm...you would have to have the opening mechanism hooked up to the locking mechanism to where when you unlock, the door opens, then if the shaved kit came with receivers, i would think you would actually have to have the wiring that goes to the inside locking switch, and i think about all you would have to do is hook the wires from the locking switch to the receiver, for when you push the button, it unlocks, in turn, opening the door.

so I need 2 actuators..that unlocks the door..Then would I also need a key-less entry module as well ? If I need the module where is that located in a cav or fire? And what dose it look like? Do I need the power door lock switches too? Thanks guys for your help.

Why do you need power locks? What wire does the door popper hook up to in the car? Also, Autoloc sells window kits, I have no idea on prices though.
