ok i dunno if im blind but i have an 04 and theres no room to get into the back of that thing, i need to get it out to remove the whole bottom piece of my dash so i can paint it but i have no idea how to get that out, can someone please help me

There's two screws in the front and you should be able to pull it forward and disconnect everything.

i got the 2 screws out, its whatever is behind the screws that i cant get off, it only comes out about an inch and a half even after i took the screws out , i need to know if theres a special trick to getting all the stuff dissconnected or what, thanks

there are a couple connections in the back.....
far left should be easy to disconnect, i believe its just an electrical plug, the middle one is actually a wire plug that you have to have a socket to disconnect it, and the far right are vacuum lines that easily disconnect as well.. then disconnect the A/C & Defrost plug and your all set

the rest of the dash...well i'll leave that up to you to let you search

why don;t you just take the cover off of it, if youre painting it......... ?????

oh im not painting that piece im painting my dash, i just need to get it off to get the bottom of my dash off and out of the car, thanks guys
