I have the B&M short throw and i need to know how to remove the reverse lockout because i have knob that is not reverse lockout capable. I've searched and came up with nothing. Please help

if you look further down on the shifter (remove @!#$f boot) you'll see a little pin that runs accross the shifter from door to door, take a flat head screw driver and a hammer and knock it out. That's what I did and I love it.
