I need to know how to remove the piece that the window crank attaches to.
This is an attempt to take a picture of the back side.
I will be converting to power windows soon, but for now i am trying to fit my doorpanel on with the hole covered, so i need to remove this. Thanks.

From the looks of it, all you would need to do is drill out these two rivets... but I'm thinking there is a third one that is hiding somewhere:
Well, I got impatient and just chopped it off with a dremel. I figure I can actually remove it the correct way when I actually go power windows.

but didnt want to tell ya right away to take a dremel to it b/c i can't member if it was hooked to somethin else behind it
