The stuff on the backside of the door panels and under the trunk liner and stuff, I'm guessing thats some form of fiberglass insulation, obviously for sound deadening. My question is this:
The door panels I'm working on are missing this insulation, would dynamating the metal part of the door accomplish the same thing or should i get some of the insulation stuff that would have been on the door normally and glue it onto the backside of the door panel.
also where could this stuff be purchased at.
No it just padding. You can find it at any fabric store, it is very common in chairs and what not.
dynamating the door will only better the sound, it won't hurt a thing.
yea its just some knida padding. servers no point really.
