i am in the midst of doing a custom center console and i am looking for some ideas on what exactly to do. i do not want to make a custom center console for the reason it wont match the rest of the interior thus far, instead i am trying to just accent the stock. it is all going to be glassed, any pictures or ideas would be greatly appreash. thanks

thanks for the encouragement .... and yes i already have some ideas for the arm rest, i am just trying to decide what i am going to do wih the console, i think i am going to mount a gauge on the passanger side of the console facing the driver.... still undecided tho....

Well, you say you want it custom, but no ideas of what you want to do. When I make custom stuff, it usually has more of a purpose than soley to be custom. Like if you were going to put a ps2 in you car, then you could customize your center console to hold the ps2, and maybe mold in a lcd screen on the end or something. If you give us more ideas on what you want to do, I'm sure people would be more willing to give you some help/feedback.

i am not asking anyone to do it for me, and i am not asking to copy somone elses work, i am looking for some suggestions. and i dont need a screen, thats in the headunit, i am thinking about possibly an xm controller,

I think he means he wants to customize his exisitng console, not make a totally new one. But either way he is not very helpful in requesting what he wants.
