i have a 2005 cavy...and iv been thinking up some ideas for the back seats...i wana see what everyone else is doing...if u can can u post some pics?....i was thinking about chopping the original up a lil and just making a third seat in the back right behind the drivers seat...but i dnno yet...

I either leave mine down and tell friends they can't ride or keep it down to reach back and open the bottle if needed. So yea, it's usually down most of the time!

I think I'm gonna do buckets in the back. I'll prolly go with A+ ones in the back since they're pretty cheap.
I wanted to do a cougar conversion...


It didn't work out though because of the hump our cars have and it'd take some cutomization but it's still in the back of my mind.

I firstly had the rear bench re-upholstered.

then I got 2 bucket seats re-upholstered and put them in the back.

now I've removed the seats all together and I have this instead:

i put camaro rears in my 88 and had a rear saturn center console betwen them. Looked pretty nice

not sure, the recaro one we want we can't use till nolan hits one year old. and he's growing so quick weve allready had to go out and buy him a bigger car seat because at 6 months old he is about the height and weight of a 1 year old.

As for me, I thought about taking the 40/60 seat from the 03+ Cavy's and deleting the 60% so it'd be a 3 seater... but then I realized "no one wants to buy this piece of crap for $3500 with good back seats, who's gonna want to buy it when it has one back seat?" and didn't do it.

Now I'm realizing no one will buy it either way so it doesn't matter.

how much does re-upholstering cost on avg.?

i've heard 900 for both front seats... how much for backs?

im putting stock bucket seats in back. once i get some good brackets fabed up, it'll be finished.
