I want the panels with NO vinyl crap on them. So what years have no vinyl on them and will fit the 98 cavalier z24 with power windows/locks.

dint know the made 3rd gen panels with vinyl. my dad has 5 cavs plus we were getting interior parts from people building race cars and never saw any vinyl.
all 95-99 cavalier door panels have the upper vinyl piece on them.... All 2000+ cavaliers are a solid one piece plastic design.
will the 2000+ panels fit on a 95-99 though?
