Airbag Cover Removal

I searched, but couldn't find anything on how to remove both the passenger side cover and the one on the steering wheel without the bags going off?

driver side you just pull it off

2 bolts on the back of the wheel and the airbag comes out..

pass u just take off dash and its a couple bolts.. for both just the cover or the airbag itself..

its best to disconnect the battery and drain the system by turning on your headlights or something to make sure theres nothing in the system...after that simply do what manta Z said....there are tons of bolts holding the dash on though (think 12 or so total but its been several years since i took mine out) you'll have to take off the glovebox door most likely to find all the bolts. you really should invest in a 20 dollar haynes or chiltons or something...

^^^^^^^ Yup but i would also pull the airbag fuze. I have heard those things hurt when your olny 3 or 4 inchs from them
