I dont know how to take off the A-pillar, or take apart the dash. I am trying to hard wire my radar detector in and I dont know how to remove these pieces. Can someone lead me in the right direction?

Take both hands, one on the top near the roof, and the other down by the dash, grip firmly and pull.
what about taking the dash apart?

no, this is for the a pillars. the dash is a little more involved but its not hard at all. theres a write up around here somwhere for it
