I need some help here. I had the dash apart on my 91Z (Gen II) at one point. Part of this involved the hot/cold air flow control cable that goes from the climate controls in the dash back to a door in the ventilation system. The problem that I have is the following.
The cable hooks on to the climate controls on one end. The outside plastic cable shield is screwed down there too. On the other end I have the cable hooked up, but I cannot figure out what holds the cable shield in place. It's been too long since I have taken it apart. Does it screw down or is it held in place with a clip or what? I can't figure out how to hold it in place, and without the outside shield held down, the climate controls don't work.
Someone please help!!!
Thanks,
Chris
