Quick question, when you guys sound deadened your trunks, did you cover the entire trunk lid, or cut out the trangle pieces and wedge it between the metal on the lid? Is there a difference? I get this stuff at extreme discount and was curious on what works/looks better.

dynamat is suppose to be laid in as big of a section as you can. just take a big piece, put it on your lid and use a hair dryer

with sound damping the more you have the better, if you have allot i'd cut small pieces to do the holes like you said, then do a bigger piece over that then problaby another, then a big one to cover the entire thing, the quieter your car the better.

Sounds like a good idea sndsgood. I'll pry do that thursday when I pick it up. Big B, I work at Best Buy and get things for %5 above cost. I think It's like $12 for the $75 kit of dynamat, so what the hell why not?
