cluster fuse circuit

Ok, so for the third time my car is dead because of a short or a component drawing power when the vehicle is off. And for the third time if I pull the Cluster fuse there is no more draw. So for the third time I went and bought a new speedo cluster and that solved.... nothing. still getting a lot of draw.

Now for the wierd parts. when I disconnect the middle plug(blue plug) from the BCM I get no draw. BCM connected, fuse in, cluster out I get lots of draw. Now with cluster connected BCM out I get a small draw, the circuit tester is very dim but still is drawing.

Now the other wierd part is that I had my cd player disconnected while testing all this and I plugged that in. Now when the circuit tester lights up and flashes and flashes while the BCM makes a clicking noise along with the strobing circuit tester light. And just for the hell of it I got another BCM to try. That fixed nothing.

So, my real questions are... What else is used on the cluster fuse that could be my problem of drawing power when I shouldnt be? Any switches or relays or anything after the fuse. Obviously the BCM is somehow linked to the fuse because when I take the fuse out it cuts that power draw. I just can not figure out what and where else this fuse would lead to that is causing the draw. If anyone has any diagrams that clearly show these wires it would help a ton. And it doesnt seem even remotely possible to follow wires from behind the fuse panel. I have pulled all of that out and found the wire but it is all loomed up in the harness that goes in 15 different directions with about 30 of the same colored wire that I am looking for. I just need to know what else is run off of the cluster fuse really.
