Blue Cav Customs makes it's triumphant return with a totally new line of silver brushed aluminum parts!

Just wanted to give a heads-up that there will be a new GP today or tomorrow for the parts featured below. All parts are in hand and ready to ship.

Anyone who was disappointed by our Carbon Fiber GP (in which the whole deal fell through due to my supplier not being able to get the CF plates right) can get many of the pieces now in brushed.

All parts are 100% genuine .040 silver brushed aluminum cut from the same proven templates we used to make the CF parts.

HVACS with icon decal:


Unlike our CF version, these decals will arrive already applied for you. 95-02 and 03-05 availible - fits Cavs and Sunfires


Gauge Bezels (02-05 Cavaliers only)


Unlike the eBay competitor, these actually fit nicely around all gauges.


Front Bowtie (03-05 Cav only)


This is mounted on thick black PVC for a stock look, easily bends to the stock form for a great fit that won't come off.


All parts come backed with 3M tape.

dumb question though
on the gauge how hard is it to install and get behind teh clear plastic ,
ive changed my cd player out and have had the whole dash apart before but i never really payed attention to the gauge cluster does the clear plastic just pop off?

i have a 97 and the clear is just bolted on with like 6 bolts so yeah its easy to take apart.

i am asuming that your cluster is like mine,(01) and there are clips around the cluster that hold the front part on to the acctual gauge cluster. very very easy, 2 or 3 screws holding it down, then wiggle it out, and disassemble.
