well i swapped them out, everything works correct except the odo and trip meter BARELY light up....i think the bulb is bad....how would I go about changing it? do i just have to drill it out and re-solder it on the board?

it will come on, it took mine 5-6 days to turn on
Smack the top of the dashboard... it should come on.
(Don't ask how I found this out... let's just say it's fairly common... esp when replacing the radio... the odometer light craps out).

can you smack the radio and make it work again? like the lights?
I don't believe so... but you could try it!
since this thread is almost what i wanted to ask i tokw my dash out and everything was fine painted everything and @!#$ put in a new deck and now none of the lights on the cluster will light up just the gears lights and the like fliuds and p brake light but nothin else
no speedo or rpm gadge nothin its all dark any help?
make sure your dimmer switch is plugged in.

everything looked hook up and i never toke the the dimmer or anything off and the dimmer still works to light up the interiour lights so idk i'm lost
all the lights couldnt have gone on the cluster?
