Sorry if this has been asked, but im in a tight spot. I need to remove the dash piece closest to the windshield. It goes the whole length of the windshield. Can this be removed with the windshield out? Or does the whole dash need to be removed?
Also does anyone have on sitting around for sale? Or know of a good place to pick one up some what cheap? Its the gray/metalic color. Its a 99 4 door cavilac. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks all!!!!

Cavalier = whole dash comes out
Sunfire = top can be taken out separately

on cavs whole dash, takes little over an hour to pull it out. not really hard to do.
