You need to take the top dash and the dash trim out. Its just some bolts holding them all down. After you get them off you take 2 bolts out of the top of the cluster, and disconnect the wires attached to it, and turn it around... and there are the bulbs for the dash. Theres 2 different sizes for my 96 Cav.

Bolt Locations:

Top Dash:
1x Left & right side
2x On the rim of the glove box
2x inside the glove box near the top holding the dash down by a metal bar near the airbags. Just look ina dn up on the glovebox

Dash Trim:
1x On top near the cluser
1x on the right side near the air pipe
Rest of it snaps lose.

Cluster
1x On top left and right side.

I just swaped out my cluster today with a cluster froma 97 Z24 modle...

You mean taking the bulb out of that little green adapter? If so... then please let me know lmao. I got one out of my old cluster with sime needle nose pliers... but it didint go back in right.

Seems me and you always have the same problems

how DO you get the back off of a 2000+ cluster anyways? I couldn't figure it out. Took all the tans loose, but it's like the back is attatched to the needles.
