Well just as the topic states i am looking for vent ideas, not the center two but the outter ones closest to the driver door panel and pass door panel, i am glassing the dash and put a monitor in the center two, and have plenty of guages in the car so i don't want to add more guages so please post pics or ideas as its the last spot that i have to glass, also if i wanted to do my xm controller in one, what would i glassin its place to make a mold in the inside of the vent so i could put it in there after the dash is finished??

Backup camera monitor?
For the controller, you could put that in a freezer bag and stretch that tight (just tight enough to eliminate wrinkles, but not so tight to tear it) over the back of the controller and instant mold. Just add foil on the outside of the bag. The freezer bag should keep the resin off the controller.
when ever i make molds, i use evercoat short hair body filler and mask the item with auto masking tape. once the filler turns rubbery, after like 7-9 mins i pull the item and ta da, no problems, no foil, no mess.

^^^you really like using filler where u shouldnnt, lol. may make the shape but wont hold up too long. well, depending on what its supoporting, but i wouldnt reccommend that
i personally would tape the controller off completely with painters tape, then tightly wrap it in foil also. then you can glass the back and sides to make your mold. once u get 1 layer of glass around it and its pretty hard, you can pull out the controller and add more glass to the back of the mold.
