Door Panel clips breking?

I am installing my front speakers in my 04 cavi but dont have a heated garage, what would be the lowest recomended temp. for me to take off and put on my door panel without the clips breaking from being to cold out. Any suggestion to keep them heated before or after the transitions would be very helpfull too. i considered usuing a blowdryer to pre-heat them but dont think it'll be enough power to keep them all heated at once.

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

Yeah man dont worry about it. I am assuming you are talking about the little plastic ones that go into the holes. Well two things you got the nice metal clip at the top and what is it 4 or 5 screws holding it in so no worries.

Just turn your car on like 15 minutes before and crank the heat. It should get everything nice and tropical. At work I warm up cars for 20 minutes in extreme cold and I get in and it's very nice to work. Haven't broken anything yet either.

I took mine off in -25ºC weather and they're fine.

My fingers on the other hand.....

The temperature shouldn't make the clips break. I've removed mine plenty of times in cold weather with no problems.
