Ok i searched and found a few things just want to see what the best way around this problem is. Only half my cluster lights up, left half works, right half doesnt. my car is a 2001. and from what i found i guess the bulbs are non replaceable? is that correct. What would be the best thing for me to do. Any suggestions would help.
Have you tried giving your dash a good smack? Sometimes that helps fix the problem. If that doesnt work youll have to order a new cluster since 2000 and up cluster are a real pain in the ass to change the bulbs. Reason being if you mess up with the needles they will not recalibrate themselves giving you a really bad reading or no reading at all. Just save yourself the time and pick up a new cluster they go for I think 40 or even cheaper. Hope this helps you out.
yeah i havent tried the smack it approach yet. the left side has been dimmer for sometime now but i think maybe it finally went. today was the first day in awhile i went to see my car in storage to start it up and turned the lights on and seen it was weird. is that the price of a cluster through a GM dealer. thanks for the input by the way
You could buy my extra cluster from my 2002 Z24. PM me for a price. Everything works on it just fine BTW.

Thanks for the help bubba, smacked it like 3 times and all the lights came back on for me. if i have anymore trouble with it i will get ahold of you bone stock z.

And it never helps. so the one time i decide not to smack something it is the answer to my problem. Well i am either going to fix alot of broke stuff this week or break it even worse cause i am smackin everything
