i have a 98 cav and bought some cf fabric to do some upholstery. i want to do my arm rest on the center console but had some issues on the rear part where it curves. looking for some hints on how to make it all smooth like the factory look....thanks
try gluing and smoothing just the rear curvy area first,then after dry do the rest.
ive had issues using spray adhesive....so i started using contact cement. best thing you could possibly use IMO. wont sag or let go like ive had happen with spray adhesive
Start with the rear and worth towards the front. Use 3m spray adhesive and make sure you spray the plastic and the fabric very well. Should do the trick.
