I can't seem to find anything on ebay and need a cluster with digital mileage, with tach for a 99 cavalier. will changing it out be a problem about milege. any sites that may help with this.

the milage is stored into the cluster, so which ever one you buy it will have the milage from the car it came from, not your milage

If you had digital mileage to begin with then your mileage is stored in your computer so if you buy a new digital dash then your mileage will be the same
try ebay or a local junk yard
