taking off interior door panel with manual windows

So I'm in the process of re-painting my interior and i have come to the door panels. I removed the four screws that hold them in place, however my har has manual windows and locks. It looks like i need to remove the window roller-uppper, but i dont know how to do this. Any help is appreciated.

I just took a fork and removed the 2 inner prongs. Works like a charm There's a clip that needs to be popped out in order for them to be removed. Watch out though cuz that clip can go flying.

So once you take the mirror piece off, you should be able to pull the panel off? It's not glued anywhere?
