Tweed interior?

WHo has done it? Please post as many pics so i can see how it was done.

Was it hard? Im thinking about doing it but not sure yet.

i was thinking about doing mine, but i heard it gets dirty really easy. anybody got any comments about this??

I love the seats! But Im not a fan of the tweed on the dash... How Do you get those seats done?! They are gorgeous!

those seats are katzkins. they are basically covers that go over them but they are the best you can buy. very expensive but very high qualitly and i believe you can get them in just about any color combination. be prepaired though to spend about 800-900 for fronts and rears.

every show car in the 80's and 90's had tweed, im still burnt out on it.

I did that interior a little over a year ago. Honestly it doesn't get extremely dirty with average daily use. But I had a really bad habit of working on the car, then jumping in with dirty hands. Once the tweed gets dirty there isn't much you can do with it. That's one of the main reasons why I tore the tweed out of the car. As of right now there isn't any tweed in it at all. The interior is completely fiberglass at this point. If I had the chance to go back and choose between tweed or fiberglass, I would have gone with fiberglass from the beginning.

so what would you say is in for 07? fiberglass? what about a combination of both?
