Wife just bought a 2004 Cavalier last month. REALLY good condition. Not sure if I missed that the "driver's side" vents don't blow air well or if something got loose purchase. It's weird that the center-left and far left vents are the only two with an issue. Only way to get a good flow out of them is to close the center-right and far right vents.
I'm guessing it's a door internal to the ductwork. Is it going to be a PITA to fix? I have a 94'ImpalaSS and do my own work on that, but never had to do vent work on any of my cars before.
same with mine, actually, all the venbts dont blow good.
The only thing that works is the Recycled/fresh air selector...all other settings blow air out of all vents...not good, either.
