for you guys that relocated your hvac controls..

what did you use for longer cables?

pull it out figure out what guage the wires are and extend them. Make sure you solder them all.

Damn I suck was on break at work and just skimmed the request haha. Do what we do at work pull on it and if it breaks hope its another shops part that broke Jokein but thats what we do

I remember a post that Mennitti had where he talked about using bicycle brake cable so he could move his HVAC.

you can do what i did, and relocate it to the trash can

i didnt have the patience to lengthen the wires, so i ripped out the entire HVAC system

But, in all fairness, you ripped everything out of your cav....

i just went to the glove box with mine. no need to lengthen anything.

on a sunfire the cable on the diver side would never reach....
