back seat sub box

i want to make a sub box in the back of my car that will replace the back seat but i'm not sure how to do it.
if any one has any idea how to do it or has any picture please let me know?

I don't have the link right now but you can go to hzemall.com look at the projects page and click on a silver accord. The link pic is a cartoon of the car but that is the best sub box and amp rack built in a back seat area.
