has nyone done business with this website before. i order a carpet for my 01 sedan and it has been over a week since i placed the order with no update from them. little upset and out $150 so far.

no i would expect an email from them telling me when it will ship. perhaps that is too much to ask? just about any other item you can order online they business will reply thanking you and letting you know when to expect it.

Shipping and Return Information

We calculate all shipping charges at the time of checkout, and use the exact item weight with the carrier's rates. We ship with both UPS and Fedex in order to get the best rate possible. This method ensures the most accurate rates possible and avoids unnecessary shipping over charges. Unlike some other companies, we do not inflate the shipping charges. We do not make money from the shipping costs, and therefore keep our prices as low as possible. Below is a table of the shipping options you will have at the time of checkout:

Stock Interiors ships most orders within 2-3 business days from the date the order is received (this excludes weekends and holidays). During the holiday season and car show seasons, this may take an extra day. If you chose standard (US Ground) shipping, you should expect your items within 6 business days of placing your order. All Custom Molded Carpet kits are manufactured as ordered, and then shipped by the appropriate carrier. If damages occur in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier.

All International shipping amounts do not include international customs, brokerage or tariff fees.

Due to the number of automobile models and colors that we offer, we do not stock our carpet kits. All carpet kits are custom made to your specifications (automobile make/material/color) when ordered. Because all items are custom made to your exact request, we can only accept returns for items that have been incorrectly shipped. In the unlikely event that the item does not fit, or the product proves to be defective, Stock Interiors will replace with same item (same year, make, model, color and material).

No returns will be accepted for dissatisfaction of color. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you request a set of carpet samples prior to ordering so that you can see first hand what color of carpet that you will be ordering. Custom made products, including vinyl items, made to the specifications of the customer are not returnable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been used, cut / trimmed, glued, altered, or damaged through use. Items that have been ordered incorrectly will be accepted for return or exchange. A restocking fee will apply to all items returned for any reason other than shipping or manufacturing issues.

We will allow you to cancel an order only before the items are manufactured (usually within 24 hours). Once the items are made, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you do decide to cancel your order prior to the items being manufactured, we will refund your payment, minus a 5% Cancellation Fee.

When returning an item, you must contact us first for return authorization. All items received that have not been authorized for return will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will not accept any items for return after 60 days of the purchase date.

first thing you do when your questioning your order is call the company you ordered it from. 5 days isnt a long period to wait.

i can vouch for them. ive gotten my carpet through them, and know a few others who have as well. good customer service, and good products in all my experience. i wouldnt worry if i were you.
