I have seen some dash boards wrapped in either suede or vynal, question is wat can i use to adhere it to the dash that will hold up to some texas summer heat and if it holds will stay adhered for a while? Also does the material have to be strechty? i have some material in mind but it doesnt stretch at all, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys
contact cement. spray adhesive proves inferior to contact cement.
and you're gonna want something at least a little stretchy to tuck around all the odd angles of the dash board
otherwide your corners and edges will look like poo

ya, a brush will work. i like to use a spray gun, but most people dont have access to the tools to do it.
what did you use to spread it on the arm rest?
i always use Weldwood contact cement, in the red can. i get it from either home depot or Valu(local hardware store)
joey lol i was using a spoon haha now i have a small brush used to spread bar b que sauce on meat lol and it came out great no bumps at all
A BBQ brush, in Texas to spread contact cement. Is there anything that CANT be done with cooking utensils now a days???
Be sure to post some pictures to show us all how its looking
