i saw a newer sunfire the other day in the parking lot with an interesting interior. it looked kinda camo-ish, but not exactly. it was dark tan colored too. both front seats and rear seat. it looked kinda unstock, but was apparently stock by looking at the rest of the car. here's a pic from my cell
what i want to know is...how common is this? and is there a graphite version of this?

that's the hideous seats they put in early 03+ sunfires. Not sure if it was only 2003's to suffer this fate, or if 2004 was included as well. My 2005 sunfire has grey/black seats without the ugly pattern. heres a pic:

Yea I didn't mean to offend anybody. I just don't like them. but like tabs said, if you like them I know some people have replaced theirs on the org. maybe someone has some laying around.

Gah....i have one in the driveway. They make the interior cheezy
a guy I work with has a white 05' with the tan inteior with that funky interior, so GM definately still put them in after 03'.
I believe the pattern is called "August"... one of the BCJ members has it on his 03 Sunfire. According to my brochures, it was an 03 interior colour only... I've never seen an 04 or 05 with it, but they could have swapped the seats.
There's a tan and a gray version of it.
makes me happy I bought my fire in '04.
Yea its was definitely an '03 only thing.
Yup, I believe it was. There's been a few exterior colours that had different names between the US and Canada... even though they're the same colour, and the codes are the same to boot.
