Yet im taking on another project. My sister ran her 91 Z24 for 2 weeks with no oil in the car at all. The rear head started making all kinds of noise, im not sure if its the valves,lifter or push rods, but its in the rear head, i dont think its a connecting rod or piston because the car still idles fine, just makes a h*ll of a lot of noise. This is my first time doing this and the 3.1 v6 is a real b*tch. The car only has 58,000 miles on it and theres a lot of build up on the inside of the motor, well a lot more than i expected, carbon build up, chunks of it. Everything will be put back to stock, nothing performance wise, Anyways on to the pics

She didnt check to oil, it wasnt done intentionally, she said the light was on but still didnt check it, she doesnt know anything about cars. I just hope i can find a shop around here to do the heads or get new ones i need the asap i have to have it done by Monday, although i dont think that is going to happen.

3.1 heads are easy to find, not expensive either. good luck

looks like my 1st car... it was a 90 z24. if you take care of them it will run forever.
