Okay well, my fathers best friend Tommy just passed away in november and he had many cars, due to financial problems in the family most of them had to be sold. This one in particular just represents him to me. Ever since I was a kid going over his house he had said some day I could drive it. He had cancer for about 30 years, coming and going and it finally got him, leaving behind a wife, a 17 year old girl and 12 year old son. He told me right till the end, when I get better you and me will take the Viper out. He never did and when it came time to sell the car I needed to take some pics to remember.











I did take it for a small spin, would have been nice to have done it with him though. Just wanted to say thanks for everything Tom and you wont be forgotten.

I'm with everybody else, sorry about your dad's loss.

I have always loved Vipers and Corvettes are what made me a car guy. That is really a touching story. RIP Tom. BTW, those Vipers are insane, I used to work for Dodge and i got to take quite a few of them out. They are just stupid fast.

Yea, he never got to drive it. He is the original owner and had a measily 1524 miles on it, in ten years.
