this is Lower WHacker drive in Downtown chicago, its a street that runs underneith part of the city. Vids are othign special its alot more intense in person, it was like 65ish MPH through narrow closed in road with lots of tight little bends, the video makes it look like slow motion hahahah but if your ever out in chicago going hauling ass through there during the middle of the night
