i believe all he did was add that to the top of his car. oucan do thta to any car for about 250-300 bucks. imho i dont think it looks good on a cavy

yea looks pretty dumb....

cant say ive ever seen that before on a cavalier, i dont think its factory

yeah it's just a Lanau top.It basically is an overlay of tweed or other fabric.It basically gives the illusion of a "higher dollar" vehicle.

I've seen that crap on a yellow 4 door focus. it looked just as bad. it's a throwback to the times when cars used to have vinyl tops and cloth tops from the factory, it made them look more "expensive" and/or saved on paint (I can't remember)

that's not a grad tassel

I'll refrain from inputting my opinions regarding either of those items

as memory serves, there is a black malibu with the same top around here as well

they are big in the gangsta class of things


funny thing is the guy looks white to me , so that means he is a wanna be thug

yea when i was shoppin for my first car we where hittin up used car dealerships an there was a z24 with that kind of roof and yea it was in a "gangsta" neighborhood lol, needless to say i went an bought a new car rather then riskin buyin a gangsta mobile

it doesnt look that bad at all. i think if the car were fixed up right, that the top would be killer. imagine if the inside had the look of a higher end car, like a nice tan or black interior with woodgrain trim, etc. some chrome rims and maybe a lip kit.

it definitely has lots of potential....

"phantom tops" that is correct. hey, it was the $#!t back then. what can i say. i guess i mod as whats new and with the crowed. here are some pics of my second project after i graduated from high school. when it comes to low riders, there is no such thing as "rice". the whole ride is one big grain.
