Well it only took something like 6 or 7 months, but the CavFire finally got painted.

I'm pretty darn happy with how it turned out actually. The blue is a bit off from what I thought it was going to be, but no complaints there. The shop did a pretty good job actually, so I'm happy there as well.

And while I know many of you won't like it, I'm not asking you to drive it I just posted to share with the community what's been happening with the CavFire.

Oh, and if anyone knows where I can get clear front turn signals let me know

altezzas kill it too...some stock red tail lights would look 5 million times better with that paint job

Thinking of going bac kto the stock tails actually.

And I have the springs, just looking for a time to get em on.

do it....or at least put em on to see if you like em...i guarantee with the colors you have painted it will look 200% better

car looks alright... needs side skirts and a rear lip tho. . and stock tails would do wonders on that car.

I think that would look better. You should try getting some of that paintable vinyl headlight covering (kind of a mesh) and paint it to match the blue, then put it over the bottom half of the tails to match up with the paint job. It might look pretty cool.

paint looks good.

if you had the Z24 sides and rear, the car would 10 times better in my opinion. just something to match the height of the GT front end.

thats hot dude...not my type of color mix...but hey its different and u gotta respect that...i also like wat u doin wit mixin the cars....but is it a real sunfire or real cav....i find it interesting how u did it

what did ya do with your Cavalier parts???

Stock tails, Bomex front, Type J sides and rear, a drop and bigger rims and it'd be a lot hotter. A kit will definately set it off, the paint is a little extreme for stock bumpers. Good start tho.

hey gnnabgib for those clear front turn signals you can goto any gm dealer and order them for a 95-97 sunfire gt they came factory on the gt , i just ordered a set for my 02 fire and it cost me a 100 bucks cdn for both all i did was walk in to my local pontiac dealer and they ordered them for me anyways car is looking good keep it up
