The driver of that car actually died in that accident...in case you care.

It didn't get picked up by a tornado, the windshield whipers are out... it had to have been driving in the rain. There is also grass all over the front tires. The scary part is how fast the car had to have been going... and there is a house right behind it so it wasn't a highway. I'll take you word for it but the driver could have lived with a seatbelt. I've seen people walk away from worse accidents.
