geeds had a hood he was working on once that looked similar, except geeds put alot mot effort into it.

It looks like the front wheels stick out 5 inches from the fender.
It might be worth a couple hundred for a beater. Thrown some z24 bumpers on it, ditch the erector set on the back, and paint it.
