Got bored, So I mounted the camera up for a cruize around the block.
This is the first time i've posted footage with my camera set up. Main focus is of the exhuast. Its been on about a week now.
the last exhuast clip kinda sucks 'cause of the weather and the mic on the cam not getting along. its not as broken up in real life.

roads suck in Northern Kentucky. lol

Another good vid from Stenger. Exhaust sounds great in car!
ps. You make me want an on board camera lol
JBOK.org loves you
well than do it.
its not that hard to do...
thats what the set up looks like.
all i did is this:
buy a mini tri-pod from mejier/best buy... (only about 10 bucks, if that)
take the allen screw outta the tripod. It will release the acutal mount from the legs.
Then take your defrost vent out.
drill a small hole in the V shaped plastic support for the vent.
There is also a directional peice of plastic in the acutal ducting. I took mine out, but you may not have too.
Then simply put the allen screw thru the vent, and attach the mount to that screw.
its simple, cheap, and takes a decent shot.
btw. you'll proabbly have to put your hole towards the back (or part of vent closest to you when installed) so that the camera can mount in there. I have a small camera so it works great.
also, it helps to put something under the camera when mounted to make a steadier shot. That was the best i could do...

thats actually a pretty cool setup there. i like that.
thanks. i was courious to how i could do it, and after a little brain storming i figured it out
