don't even say it...
needs wheels, paint, and lowered... not to mention the rest of the kit.
but i paid $130 for this bumper and I hate the stock LS bumper so I got this...
...
you left one out......get the rest of the body kit. I hate when people put only one or two parts to a body kit on.

good start,
does anyone else see a dope looking hatch/wagon Cav in this pic, the way the loading dock and the back of the car come together, or maybe its just me, cause im a little drunk and blunted. ATM
I like it when people only put the front bumper on, I personally think it gives it a better stance, tho, I would get like the stock lip kit from an 02+ cavalier for the rear and sides, cause if not, it just doesn't have the right body lines.

You have been banned from NEJBODY.
You've displayed wayyy too many acts of pushing people to their limits.
It's never cool to tear people down for what they want to do.
NEJBODY is a team. We're not the same as JBO where everyone bashes on eachother.
I'm surprised you show up to our meets after half of the things you say on here.
I thought I was looking at a hatch at first too

I took a double tkae on that too. Huh, maybe a good omen on things to come.
nice start. aftermarket front bumper is always nice. i usually start with a 2-3 inch drop, the rims, cause rims r my fav, they can make even the most rotted out p.o.s. look good lol. but nice start. gonna do sides or rear next?
People say that what doesn't kill you in this life
will make you stronger. I'm not sure if that is true
or not, but i do know one thing-You have to learn from
it and it has to make you better.......it has to.......
your bumper is made for 95-99...so, it should fit right, the 00-02 bumpers do not come with the lip underneath the headlamps....you'll probabaly have to cut the bumper to make the 00-02 headlamps fit...overall it looks great, though!!
the guy i bought it off of had a 00-02... and it covered a little of the lights up....
idk. im gonna have my body guy take a look at it and see what he can do for it.
thanks for the kind words... i've been focasing more on performance since this car doesn't have the slow 2.2...

^Yup. The 02 also has rounded cutouts on the bumper for the headlight corner lenses. Looks like it just needs to be held up a little higher.

even when i pull it up it doesn't come up to the lights like its suppost to.
the driver side is worse though...
i think im gonna convert regardless. i just like the lights better, and it'll give me front turn signals if i do. lol

not a fan of the front bumper only.. but its a progress.. so i like it for that fact.. i like the cav in ur sig alot better tho..from what i can see..
sweeet another unpainted body kit or front bumper what have you..
Oh yeh put your hub caps back on please it hurts my eyes
Team Altered Car Club
I guess I could but the hub caps back on... provided I bought the car with them, i would of left them on... But being as when I bought the car for $1500 it had no hub caps, no stereo, and a blown LD9... Hub caps were the least of my worries.
For the most part my car has been focused on performance.
I bought it in Septemember. Got it outta the Shop in October with the newier LD9 installed. And been focusing on the go fast parts...
So far heres my list of progress:
Air intake
B&M Shift improver
Pacesetter Header
Magnaflow Cat Back
Car Customs motor mount set (upper insert, lower dogbone)
Sirius Sataliete Starmate Reciever
JVC CD Player
and now the Bomex front....
I can't stand the stock painted bumper. Im not ashamed to rock the primer. Even if it is just a spot or two of it...My old 2g was in primer for 2 years.... Because I was constantly changing it, and once I got it how I wanted it, I said f it. I like it Flat black.
Next month it goes into the body shop for more primer. Shaving the rear door handles and attenna. Then when tax returns come back, it gets a new paint job. (repaint the blue it is, but adding some silver pearl into the clear coat)
To many people are overwelmed with the appearance of a car... And I admitt. A nice looking car is nice to own... But if I got a motor with potential... Than im going to try to squeeze some outta it so its not just another Cavalier with a body kit. (not to upset anyone that chose that route, but I like to race)
I think that is a good enough reason for why my car doesn't look like some show pony all painted nicely for the girls to say its hot....
...
you can't make a 4door fast
j/k
I like the idea your going with, like i said. not a fan of just the front but i like seeing progress on a car.. myself.. i will be rocking the primer parts also in a couple weeks.. My plan was to build up a engine but i decided i would save that for last... I'll have more knowledge in doing it with college.. and i plan to take my time on it and do it right.. Good luck with the car and i look forward to see what all you have planned for it..
P.S. swapping the engine after you buy it sucks.. well u bought yours with the blown engine.. i bought mine and a week later teh engine went due to lack of maintenance and care.. that was a PITA

The bumper made for 00-02 does not cover the lights at all, you just have some fitment issues.

actually, thats how the 00-02 bomex was designed
i hated how it was when i had mine, so i shaved it down to not cover it

yeap... which is why im swaping since this is an 00-02 bumper, and not the 95-99...
