Yes its the GM charger, I got it on ebay for 750.

Well I can let you know that you dont need the cruise bracket, the brake booster line injectors, censors, at a couple other things. For the cruise bracket you can make it yourself, just get a thin guage piece of metal, for the brake booster you c an modify the one you already have. You have a pre 2000 so injectors you cant use stock GM SC ones, you need a 2K starter.
On the bad side, I know you will need the crank case oil thing that goes on the block. I believe that alone cost 300$. Check all GM prices first and then decide where to go.
