Yonaka seats installed! 10+ pix 56k if you dare

First off ... I have to thank Jason@A+ for the sweet seats and a great GP!
Then, I have to thank Scott Trent, from Jbody for making my seat brackets. If it wasn't for Scott, the seats would still be conversation pieces. If anybody, like me, isn't too handy around a machine shop, or just lazy, get in touch with him either on here or on AIM (Section8cav). They are $85 shipped. Probably high for some guys, but since it only took me a couple hours to install the seats. I'd say it was money WELL spent. Zero hassles. Onto the pics! Oh yeah ... don't mind the shag carpet lol.

Taking off the belt buckle from the drivers bracket.

Needle-nosed vice-gribs, best invention ever.

Brackets are on the seat.

Seats are in the car

Nice 2 inch drop from stock.

I wish I had somewhere to drive! But I dont want to just waste gas driving around! GRRR. Anyways, thx for looking everybody!

Very nice! good job on making brackets that sit lower than the stock seats. I hate the super high stockers.

Those seats look great, congrats, bro.

Does anyone know how durable the cloth seats are from the GP? Is there any wrinkling starting to appear?

Blown.

19sunfire99, I still have the stock belts. I don't have any plans right now for a harness. Its my DD as well, and my friends pile up in the back seat whenever we go somewhere.

Thx for all your comments guys!

I have the same make of seats Ronin in leather tho I beleive those are synthetic? mine do not flip forward ultimate pain in the ass if you use your rear seat I never use mine so no biggy.

also those brackets you made is the seat leaval or is the front higher then the rear my buddy made a set and you slide out of them so I used my facroy mounting........

I've had mine for around a year they are soo comfortable and i have yet to find squeeks or anything maybe you just have bad luck I don't know? but ya great purchase glad people ar getting a deal on these great seats !

The brackets make the seat sit flat. I would like them to sit back a little bit more, but the bottom cushion goes up in the front enough that it really doesn't bother me. I bet it is a major pain for the coupes since these seats aren't spring loaded to pull forward. You have to pull the lever then push the seat forward. Then turn the knobs to bring the seat back all the way up/forward as it can go.

Yes .... very very fat cat indeed lol. Weights 26 pounds lol. She has lost weight too.
