that sucks man mabye im missing something but that other cay is ugly. i know how you feel man i got ripped in my last car show i lost to a beat up 95 chevy 1500 with bags olny, the rest of the truck was trashed. it sucked! you got a nice ride though
the only thing the other car really had on me was a sound system. his was pretty nice, and i just have 2 subs and an amp. but eveything else about his car was kinda shoddy looking and the flames were peeling and junk. oh well. thanks for the comments so far
Yeah, I'm sorry but your car looks 100X better than the one that did win something-- sound system or not? He had to know the judges or something? Anyway... car looks fantastic.. keep up the great work~ I love the Type J kit on black cavaliers.

Unfortunately thats how it is, I've also gotten beaten by cars with flames, graphics, wings and all that good stuff you can buy at Autozone. Its alright though, im sure u know ur car looks way better and im sure everyone but the judges noticed that!

well it was mainly a muscle car show, there was only like 15ish imports or domestics. i cant remember the category, i think i was in sport compact or something along that line. they didnt have import, domestics, 2 door/4 door categories.

hey man when was that car show?? was it just recently cuase i never knew about it? HAHA i hate that cavalier with a passion and hes from up my way i think it looks cheap as hell i mean come on he has 4 sets of fog lights up front htat look like crap and i could just go on and i dont evne care for his system that was professionally installed by teh car audio store up here. Ehh that car disgusts me thats ashame though you shoulda def beat him, Your car looks good.
o yea meant to say he always seems to win show up this way to but mostl i think its stereo comps. Maybe they feel bad for him cause hes older and cant afford a muscle car which is what he should be cruisng around in at shows not a cavalier but i guess this summer we'll see cuase im sure i'll be in some shows that he'll be in and i'll be quite mad if he ends up winnin and not me once im painted

You should have won
I have been attending car shows for 12-15 years, ( I know am old ), and some shows are like WTF. The judge or sponsor of the trophy may ahve been related to car owner. Or the judges may have no idea of how much has been done to your car. Your car is definitely a nicer car and should have won the trophy over the "Pepboys" Cav.
I know I like to win trophys too, just so I feel the acknowledgement for all my hard work. But I know that with either my prostreet Chevy Astro or my turboed Cavalier that more people are checking them out more than the cars that won trophys. They my win the trophy, but I am getting the "Man, your ride is awesome", or "Dude, your ride is tight".
One of these days I will get pictures on here, I am not very computer wise.
