yes the oil pan is modified for my 2.3 oil pump conversion im doing. got it welded up by my dads friend for really cheap and this is my stock oil pan right off my sunfire.
WHITECAVY - thanks man, going along good, my dad stopped in this morning (wednesday) and the guy said hes gottta put the pistons and rods and head on and hes done so he told us to stop back friday, so either friday or monday, guy said 2 weeks and its been 3 and some change but oh well its getting done. hopefully ill have it in by next weekend, basically just waiting for the machine shop to give it back so i can stick it in.

Sounds good BOOSTED, I know your anxious and all I would be too. 3 weeks, hmm at least he's taking his time, doin it right ya know lol. Hopefually I can get started on mine over the spring. Can you take pictures of your engine out of the car once you get it back?

of course, it will be without the charger since we are putting the engine in then putting the charger on for clearance issues in the front and dont wanna bang up the charger.
