these are some pics of my buddies door panels in progress with this pic you can see that he has moved the door lock so the tweeter will go where it used to bethis pic is so you can get an idea of the speaker pod that will hold the alpine type r 6.5 obviously its just sitting there it actually fits perfect but for the pic I had to have it crooked. here are some more pics
this next pic is the first attempt at redoing the door but the sanding process wasnt a success as you can see the scratches so that is why the other panel has been started different these next pics are pics of a box that he is building for two 12" alpine type r's, 1.7cu/ft, per sub the black stuff is sound deadener more updates will follow thanks for looking comments welcome

Its all going to fall out the first time you slam the door. Wait till it goes through a heat cycle or two, it'll all come off.

my buddies doors are done the same way and have been for 3 years now and nothing has cracked or fell out

There has been alot of info about fiberglassing different parts on your car on the org, you should have searched around. That sucks dude, good luck with that.

bondo doesn't like to stick to plastic too well...I can see it being a problem in the long run.

like i said before i got a friend whos doors have been done with bondo for three years now and no cracking or breakage
