Im gonna take a wild guess and say thats Rick's car from race creations. the reason i say this is because thats the only car I know of who has that bumper.......... If it really is his car, WOW i never thought id see the day when that car would have paint. but then again, the fact that it does have paint kinda defies my theory of this being ricks car.

But I doubt its Ricks considering he plasters his "company" name over everything to get some business. Even takes others peoples car pics and uses them in his ads without approval. So doubt its ricks.
More than likely an avg joe from that area who got a cav and liked F&f or something and looked online for parts. I've met multiple people whith modified cavs who don't know what the hell j-body anything is. But one guy thought it was a kit he saw on this one site before (think he was refering to the Type J).
