The red one is my first car that I've ever owned. I've had a 4 good years with it, I can look at this as in a good way.
I've wanted a 2.4L Twincam with 5spd over my old 2200 5spd for a long time.
When my old 2200 tranny blew on me. I didnt want to fix it because its got high mileage.
I was going to do a 2.3 HO then or a 2.4 swap but I would have to swap whole engine and interior harness too.
Damn those rust on pass. rocker panel and one other little spot became one of my biggest problem. I didnt want to dump money into painting it.
Damn winters in Canada and SALT!
Starting fresh is way to go.... no more winters! Thats why I picked up a 4x4 for a winter car.
It was one of hardest thing I've ever had done and to do so.

sucks to see the red one taken apart, but im sure the green one wont take long to get up to the same baller status as the red one once was.
